ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Would NOT recommend this branch for any service. The initial service rep was unprepared (no ladder, bee powder) despite disclosing to customer service the reason for service and location on the house. The service was for bee/wasp removal or exterminating. The tech originally tried to reschedule due to the lack of a ladder and location of nest. When asked the reason for lack of preparation the tech was able to get a senior tech close by to assist. We were told in a few day

I have been a customer for some years now and if it was not so expensive to start over with another company, I would!! Every year the yearly inspection appointments are a nightmare! They never come out when they are scheduled to come out. Many times I have had appointments scheduled and have taken the day off from work to let them inside and they don't show. Or they come when I am not home and then complete the work order for the inside inspection and cancel the appointment that I actually had

Review of Orkin – Deeply Disappointed When we first moved to Connecticut with our toddler and one-month-old, we discovered a mouse on our kitchen counter. Understandably, we were stressed — so we were incredibly relieved when Orkin was able to send someone out the very next morning.
