The initial service rep was unprepared (no ladder, bee powder) despite disclosing to customer service the reason for service and location on the house. The service was for bee/wasp removal or exterminating. The tech originally tried to reschedule due to the lack of a ladder and location of nest. When asked the reason for lack of preparation the tech was able to get a senior tech close by to assist. We were told in a few day

If you’re having any issues with geese whether needing them off your property, or a nest or egg removal, this is the company to call. I’ve been a standing customer of theirs for years, and it’s only been a positive experience. Their team is incredible and the service is worth every penny. They get the job done right and for an affordable cost. Highly recommend them to everyone I know.
