Chance came to my home to set up some traps and bait for mice. He explained everything he was doing and why, which I truly appreciate. I was also informed about a follow-up visit where traps and how much bait had been eaten was examined by Chance. I am very pleased with the service I received from Profext and highly recommend.

The most dishonest extermination company I ever dealt with!!! After taking $500 with a “guarantee “ we return from being away only to find mouse droppings in all our kitchen cabinets. The 100% warranty changes with every passing second. I’m according to these false claims of “warranties” the mice must have opened the kitchen draws and made themselves at home . Image finding mouse droppings everywhere and this company t takes your $500 and their guarantee changes by the minute. BUYER BEWARE!!! THEY ARE DISHONEST CROOKS. .

Bryan’s service was friendly, fast, and informative. I’ve had experience with pests before but nothing like this: a giant yellowjacket nest in the garage. I found the nest yesterday, called, and Bryan was here, the next day, with the nest in a sealed bucket in less than thirty minutes. I told him about the wasps that I saw around the house’s siding and he sprayed there too. I really hope I won’t be encountering any more pests soon, but if I do, I’ll be sure to contact Bryan and ProfExt right away!

Our experience with ProfExt exterminators was excellent. We had a hornet nest emergency that stopped roof work we were having done. When I called the company, the receptionist was very sympathetic and set up an exterminator to arrive at our house within 45 minutes of my call. Brian arrived and took care of our problem efficiently and thoroughly. He was friendly and explained to us what he did and was patient with our questions. The pricing for the job was very fair. The ProfExt team also did great work on an insect problem we had in fall of 2024. We look forward to working with Brian and the staff at ProfExt on any future extermination issues - we highly recommend them!

Love Doug! He’s the best!

We had a basketball sized hive of white faced hornets. Typically I would have let them stay but the location was over a part of the yard where our dog lays. Doug showed up around noon, treated the nest and knocked it away from harm for our pet. It’s been 4 days and so far so good. We didn’t even have trouble with stray wasps looking for the nest.
