We've used Guardian for at least 8 years. They are extremely responsive to our needs and, since we also started using them for our mosquito and tick control the past 4 years, our summers out back are mosquito free. Adam just serviced us today - a delightful young man and very thorough.

Left melted water from the ladder on the carpet..a mess I cleaned up. He asked me what areas in the house needed to be checked... something he should have checked. I didn't think of the storage areas, which didn't get checked. Nice young man but not as thorough as others.

The service tech was polite and quick in his work. The Guardian honored our warranty even tho it had expired and allowed us to extend for another year with out any issues.
