There are Subcontractors for our Complex Success Village Apt, Stratford... encounter mice believe coming from downstairs for months this neirbor not sure reported to the office, but in our case has been about a month now, one single mice and keeps up appearing with Yale traps 3 kitchen ,1 laundry room and 1 bathroom...besides our own traps and sticky pads...Nothing is working. Work order has been place to the management to update this situation. Sorry guy's but ain't doing anything for us.

Absolutely wonderful service. We discovered a bee hive in our walls as they suddenly broke through and came in our house, and within an hour they were there taking care of the problem! The tech was professional and, since we have two young children, made sure he was extra thorough to get rid of any bees inside and out. The price was reasonable and includes a 90 day guarantee. I highly recommend Yale Pest Control for any extermination needs!!

Had bees under the siding. Very friendly and great customer service from start to finish. Beat everyone's price! Friendly, Professional technician D. Jackson was exceptional.

Make sure you get them in to recheck your bait traps wthin the 90-day guarantee. Unhappy that a reinfestation a week outside the guarantee resulted in a $315 charge and inflexibility with an existing customer (I heard the cost to rebait was $100 on the phone but now that the technician is here doing the work I am told I heard wrong). I see through other reviews I am not the only one who has had this negative experience. Had planned to ask them to also handle our tick spraying services - now I will not. They made money on me today - but lost a customer.

Called them based on recommendation from a friend .Had an infestation of yellow jackets in my siding . Yale arrived right on time , they explained the best remedy and they were gone quickly - I would highly recommended them.

Called for help with carpenter ants. The office explained clearly what to expect and was able to schedule an appointment as soon as I needed. Irving arrived within the scheduled window. He further explained how carpenter ants can work their way into a home, and meticulously examined and then treated the house inside and out. Many thanks to Yale Pest for sending Irving to do such a thorough job. He is an asset to your company!

Efficient, friendly, thorough

The office was polite and patient with my questions. The technician that came, Alex, was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient about my questions. No fear/scare tactics. Just facts about what was going on. Explained in laymen terms that I could understand. Yale Pest Control was one of several companies I had come and examined my issue. They seemed to be the best fit for what was needed. There is no pressure to sign. Price was in the range of the other outfits, cheaper than most. Highly recommend them.

My mother in law had a yellow jacket nest in the basement the size of a basketball tucked in where it couldn’t be seen until it was too late. Yale came out very quickly, removed and disposed of the problem within 1 1/2 hrs of the call. The tech was courteous and professional. We could not be happier with the service that was provided.

Might be wise to record any interactions with yale pest; Paid for service in April, when I asked what happens if the mice return, he responded, ‘we’ll cover you through the summer.’ Yet 3 months later we have mice. We call to schedule a trap rebait, and just got informed now apparently there’s only a 90 day window, which we happen to be two days outside of. Had the attendant told us we had 90 days, we would have called sooner but his ‘well cover you through the summer’ is not honored by the company unless you have a recording. I have previously left a 5 star review for this company bc of the service, but with this interaction I would recommend any company but yale pest.

No Show

I was skeptical because I'm calling a 1-800. I called Yale Pest Control today, multiple times. Each time, they picked-up, answered, then just hung up on me. Then the last time I called, I heard someone talking in the background, and then hung up on me again. How do they stay in business? FYI: I called another local pest Professional, who answered and scheduled with no problem.

I called for service … I was told they were busy but would come for consultation but assured me they would take care of one small area of concern.. The next day I called at five and found out they were held up so waited till the next day.. when he came he said he did not see infestation even though I assured him that I had seen them myself and had gotten bitten.. he told me to go to a dermatologist to confirm it was a bite.. like I’m crazy… Charged me $80 for five minutes of condescending… and did not due area they promised .. I found a new dead bug ( I had flushed the previous ones unfortunately) perhaps I should mail it to him .. Very unhappy .. I took off 2 days of work

Tried to make an appointment and the guy was rude. I Decided not to go with this company. If you start that way could only imagine how this would end. I already have an insect problem, don’t want another. Not worth the headache.

Honestly, I can say that I met the most arrogant, and rude receptionist ever; her name is Jane.

Inspection occurred in February, they recommended a heat treatment for bedbugs which were thankfully contained in 1 room, got the heat treatment spent over 2500$ for it not to work. that same night when we went back home found live bed bugs, called the company the receptionist was very rude and unconcerned. Spoke to a manager they sent someone out to do a chemical service free of charge,its now October and I am still finding live bed bugs. A complete waste of time and money. I am extremely disappointed with the service received.
