Amazing pro. Rich came out to review my bee problem. From the start he looked around, evaluated the problem and gave me options on the fix. He also took the time to look over the entire house and noticed things I didn’t even know about. Rich is a really good insect guy. Very knowledgable and informative. Took care of my bee problem as well as spraying for my ant problem. Highly recommended

Came home from work and my house was full of bees. EPIC Pest came in about 30 minutes and killed the bees. Also, educated me on what the process was and what to expect!

Rich is a true professional in his field! This guy is awesome, I called him on July 2nd and he came to my house on July 3rd early morning. We walked all around my house inside and outside, from top to bottom. He throughly explained to me why I have certain bugs and how to get rid of them. He found about 3 different bee nests on my property and took care of all them. He took his time and kept me involved during the whole thing. He doesn’t just get rid of the problem, he explains how you got it and how to avoid it in the future! He’s an absolute expert and I’m glad to have someone I can call now for insects and pests!

When we bought our new house we discovered a mouse issue in our basement, attic, and yard. I called a few places but Epic was able to give me all the information I could ask for without me having to ask a question. We saw an immediate change to our issue so much so that we signed up for a continuing contract for services. We have not had any reoccurrence with the mice issue at all. Since then we now have our yard sprayed for ticks, mosquitoes, etc by Epic with the same favorable results. Class act and top notch quality. But the best part is that it's affordable!

Rich from Epic Pest Control is a life saver, in the literal sense! I called him at 8:30 on a Sunday night because after a day away from our home, we returned to discover a Yellow Jacket hive in our attic. They had eaten through our sheetrock and took over our bedroom. We have a 16 month old son and his room is right next to ours so we needed this taken care of right away! He was my fifth call of the night after frantically dialing every number that came up in my area and when no one else was open or willing to help, he didn't hesitate! Rich was a life saver last night. Tenant called with a fly infestation. Looked frantically for pest control and most were closed. Luckily EPIC Pest was open and showed up in 15 minutes. I love Epic Pest Control. Been with them for awhile, and it’s always been excellent service. They are prompt when I call, and they have always taken care of whatever problem I have had.
