What I thought was a bed bug problem was diagnosed as a bat bug problem by Zack who was on time, professional and thorough. The bat bugs are gone. I highly recommend Thermal Clean.

They heat treated for bedbugs and sprayed at least 10 times for wellpower and failed every time they heat treated and sprayed. Well power is thinking of charging me the tenant to heat treating again. I may sue in Denver District. They claimed falsely that I carried possessions out to the car. As a result I received a demand for compliance or possession because of what they claimed. They are incompetent. The bedbugs are in the wall. I have been an attorney since 1981. I am inactive but I can still sue if they get me an eviction notice. I am 72 years old and am incapacitated because of a broken leg. I am not going to live in the street with a broken leg because of their excuses.

Clark was very unprofessional and rude. Not willing to put my mind to rest by answering any questions with a degree of certainty. Also only recommended to my property management company that since he didn’t find any bugs downstairs there was no need to treat any of my belongings down there. Keep in mind we’re moving in 2 weeks so getting all of my belongings treated was necessary. But according to my property management company, his professional opinion was that none of what was in my basement needed treated. Seriously disappointed

The Thermal Clean team helped me physically with the bed bug situation at my aunt's home, but also mentally by walking me through what was going to happen and standing by their guarantee. Clark came out to inspect on the same day I called, a Saturday. We scheduled treatment for the following Tuesday They moved every piece of furniture and treated under and behind it. We have not seen any live bugs since.

I always thought bed bugs were from poor hygiene or dirty homes...come to find out... has NOTHING to do with either! I contacted Clark and his team and they did a fantastic job! Highly recommend! My husband and I had bed bugs and had a very negative experience after two treatments from another company. Months later I was feeling itchy and called Thermal Clean for an inspection, not feeling comfortable contacting the initial company again. Clark was kind, responsive, and professional and showed up within less than 2 hours of my call to inspect the home. He did an honest, thorough inspection and even showed me pictures of what to look out for. Thankfully he did not find any bed bugs! While we didn't require any treatment this time, I would not hesitate to hire the Thermal Clean team or refer them to anyone in need.

This company provides stellar service. The owner's son came today and provided us with a full inspection as I was convinced we had bed bugs. He was very kind, professional, and honest. After his assessment, he determined we do not have bed bugs (thankfully). We are very appreciative of the time you spent helping us today. I had to deal with bed bugs for months. I tried store bought products that didn’t work. On line products guaranteed to work that didn’t work. I even called a exterminator. They came out three times and filled my apartment with chemicals that didn’t work. Thermal Clean came and in one treatment solved the problem. I haven’t seen a bug sense. Very professional start to finish. Highly recommend you use them first.

We had bed bugs a few months back and I recommend thermal care to anyone who is also cursed with them. They came out just a few hours after our initial call, checked everything, and came back 24 hours later. Zach was so helpful, he answered all my questions and was really reassuring when the process was over! Would highly recommend.

We had "The Great Invasion of Bed Bugs of 2020". We have never had to deal with anything like bed bugs before and my wife was very anxious about having them and about getting rid of them. We had two other companies come out and give us a quote and both of them basically told us we had to do the whole house (both upstairs and down stairs) and that the bugs had infected out of the room we found them in. We have a good size store room of food and medicine and was told that they could not be cleaned but that they had to be disposed of. This was not an option. We called Steve and he came out, inspected the whole house and after his inspection he told us that it was bad but just in the one room and he had found no evidence of it having speed throughout the house. We than told him about what the other two companies had told us and he double checked the house again to make sure he had not missed what they had seen and he stuck with his first inspection and came up with a plan to clean the bugs and protect the house so that they did not migrate. The cost was about half of what the others wanted. He worked with my wife and answered all her questions which dropped her anxiety level way down. Was on time the day of the treatment. Walked me through the house and checked out to make sure we had done all we needed to do to prep for the treatment and just handled the rest. Steve was great. He did a multipart treatment and did a follow-up spray treatment. In between the two treatments we found one bug that was still alive and we contacted Thermal-clean and Clark came out to inspect the house again right away. We had found no evidence of any bugs after the follow-up spray treatment but my wife was still anxious and Steve did an additional inspection and found nothing but did a third treatment for the wife's peace of mind. These guys are great. It has now been four months and we have had no sign of any bed bugs at all. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

We needed a good bedbug exterminator Clark the owner was very helpful they came for an inspection the next day 4 days later they came and did the cleaning they were very informative even double checked our vehicles can't recommend them highly enough great company

I called Thermal Clean after finding a bed bug crawling across our bedroom carpet. I was absolutely freaking out, and Steve came the same day, less than two hours from my initial phone call. He was kind, professional and calm. He knows everything about bed bugs and gladly answered the many questions my husband and I had. He acted as if he had all the time in the world. He thoroughly inspected our bed/bedroom and our sons' beds. He could find no indication of bed bugs, so he said he'd check out the couch we use downstairs. Nothing there either, so he said, "Do you want me to run to my truck and grab my microscope?" I kid you not, he came back with a microscope, plugged it in and scrutinized the bed bug that I'd seen (and killed and put in a jar). He exclaimed, "It's a bat bug!" He had me look at it and he showed me the hairs all over it that indicate it's a bat bug (feeds on bats), not a bed bug (feeds on humans). He then educated me about bat bugs and gave me the number for a pest control company that could help eradicate bats if we thought we had them roosting in or near our home. Let me remind you, this was all at no cost. I even offered to pay him since he just gave me the greatest news of 2020, but he declined and said inspections are free. I'm extremely impressed with this company that I hope to never have to call again!
