Eric was amazing. I heard a squeaking noise coming from the exhaust fan in the bathroom at 9pm on Friday night. Called Eric, he came right out. Turns out it was a bat stuck in the exhaust fan. Eric removed it quickly and sealed everything up on the roof to prevent any further problems. Highly, highly recommend this company. I will be using Eric for all my pest control needs going forward.

Eric is a great guy, totally fair prices, absolutely committed to solving problems. I had a severe bird fixation on my home from numerous different birds, Eric was happy to get up to my house same day to give me some relief and hopefully scare them off before they established nests, and it successfully got them to leave my house alone since (about 3 weeks).

Very shifty folks. I paid over $1000 for poor job, stolen wrench, stolen extension cord, and very shifty/twitchy employees. Beware of this business. I used Eric's services for critter (pigeon) guard around solar panels in October 2023. First he was not punctual, showing up days late claiming new cell phone. I was asked to purchase materials ahead of time, I did. Eric asked to borrow a wrench and extension cord. Neither of those items were returned, and instead "discounted the price by $100". They also left a visible red anchor on my roof. By April the guards had come apart. Owner Eric sent Brandon to "fix it" under warranty for free. I still paid $100 for their time (via Farewell Birds Venmo). Brandon said everything looked good. But by June, pieces of guarding were flying into my lawn. Brandon said he'd come out again, and strong armed me for a $50 inspection to a new Venmo this time - Brittany Denison. He said he'd have to quote me for a new job, since the original they did was so bad. When following up with Eric last week, he said he fired employee Brandon, but could still send that same employee out to fix it. Eric and new employee "Lisa" promised to fix these issues under warranty last week (July 2024). They made an appointment, rescheduled appointment, and never came. They have not answered my calls or texts since. I still have a half done job. They also quoted my neighbors last October, and never arrived to service. Just poor business all around. When you see this Eric/Brandon/Lisa/Brittany give me a call and maybe we can discuss taking this review down.

We attempted to use them to address a mice problem, but I can't give an opinion about the quality of their service as they never showed up for an appointment that THEY rescheduled. At least we're not out any money.

I had been hearing pigeons on my roof for a few years and didn’t realize there was a solution until someone referred me to Eric! The pigeons are now gone! Eric came out at a moments notice worked into the night to complete the job, I am so very thankful and I highly recommend him!

Sorry, Eric You say you're going to do something. You should be a man of your word. You were late for the 1st appointment. 2nd appointment you completely didn't show. (AFTER I SENT A MOTION CAM OF A MOUSE AFTER YOUR TREATMENT) Ignored my text and calls...Than set a time next day and we're a no show. I still haven't heard from you. Lower right corner...mouse!

Eric did a great job getting rid of my pigeon problem. This has been a nightmare dealing with these pigeons, Eric did an excellent job of removing them and keeping them away. So far they haven’t returned.

Pigeons/birds are back no response from these guys after several voicemails and text messages. VERY bad service. Warranty with these guys is worthless.

I got a bird mesh installed around my solar panels with them last year. Erick seemed to have done a good job back then and I was happy. However, one year later the pigeons are back again under the panels. I have been calling/messaging him since last 2 weeks now and he doesn't appear to be interested in fixing it. Everytime he gave me a date when he'll be here but didn't show up. When he didn't show up again today, I messaged and called him but this time he's not responding or even picking up my call. Stay away from him and his company.

Shout out to Eric and his technican Brandon! Brandon did an awesome job catching a Grackel that got into our Laundry room. He was able to release it back outside without injury. He also secured our outside vent so this will not happen again!

Eric is wonderful! We had bats roosting in our window shutters. He came out and went well above and beyond to get this taken care of for us. He got the bat, cleaned out our shutters and “bat proofed” for us all while it was raining heavy! This was this summer and I can say we are still bat free! I hope I won’t have to use him again for critters, but if I do, I will only go to him. Thank you, Eric!

Help me with the bird 🐦 problem I had on top of my main door🚪 was very educated!!!!

I reached out to Eric about a wasp problem on my patio. He responded within an hour via call and text. He was on-site the next day to take care of the issue. Few days later, I noticed a new grouping of wasps close to the treated area and Eric came back out the next day to complete a 2nd treatment of the initial spot and take care of the new group. Nice guy, great customer service, prompt communication and flexible on timing. Would recommend to anyone having pest issues.

Eric was easy to work with and prompt to address our multi-year challenge with pigeons returning to nest on our roof under solar panels. He cleaned up nests, removed old bird mitigation wiring, and installed new material to prevent birds from returning. We are incredibly grateful he was able to quickly work us into his schedule, and happy with the quality of his work.

Eric went out of his way to help us out same-day. Worked diligently into the evening to complete the job. Very grateful and highly recommend!

Very fast and efficient

We called Eric on a Saturday and he came by in just a couple of hours. He relocated a nest of birds who had been living in our wall. He was very professional, and effectively took care of the situation. I will happily work with him again if the need ever arises. I was very impressed with his services!

Called Eric on a Sunday and he came over within two hours. Removed the birds nest and a wasp nest and was friendly and quick.

Eric took care of netting my solar panels to prevent pigeons from nesting. He explained what the project entailed. There was no mess and nothing left behind. I got Eric’s info from a neighbor and found out he’s done the solar panels for at least 4 others on our block that I’m aware of. Eric gave me the option of ordering the material myself which I appreciated as it meant no mark up and kept my expenses lower. Recommend him and his business. Thanks Eric for the hard work.

Eric was the only person who was willing to trouble shoot my problem of removing a wasp's nest from the exhaust vent that vented out from the hot water heater in my 3rd floor condo. Not only did he use an effective simple solution to diagnose the blockage, but was quick to come up with a removal process. I now have hot water and am very grateful!

we had a rattlesnake come hang out on our deck. Pretty standard people living in animal country situation so we called Eric to see what he could do. He was able to help us out right away and relocated the snake to a more apt location. He also gave us some advice on dealing with Flickers which are constantly trying to make homes in our place. Thanks again Eric, we will certainly use you again when the need arises.

Eric did a stand up job on putting critter barrier around our solar panels. We have a huge install. His prices are some of the best and he backs his work. I watch some of the clipping that were made that could have been missed in cleanup and he got everyone of them. I would recommend him over the other horrible quotes I received. Call him up. Eric and his crew quickly took care of the mud swallow issue at our house. They removed the beginnings of nests and applied a gel to prevent future nest building. He also removed our many mud dauber nests. We highly recommend this business.
