I signed a contract on 8/7/24 and was scheduled for a 10-12 arrival on 8/10/24. They no showed us, I called at 12 to ask where the technician was and they told me 10 minutes. A hour later I called and they told me I got rescheduled (without my knowledge or consent) to Sunday 10-12. Go figure, they don’t even work on Sunday so they just lied to us several times. When I call on Sunday the lady says there’s NO appointment availability. Explain to me how this is acceptable? It’s not. Waste of time a

I called to set up service for our cabin. Our cabin is not a place that can be found without someone leading them in since it is up old mining roads that aren't signed (no, GPS does not lead you there). I called 3 different times, asking for someone from the branch who will be taking care of this to call me to confirm where we will meet so that I don't drive 1.5 hours to meet them at a designated spot and have them not show up. They charge ALOT & give you nothing! I've had wasp problems which they've sprayed for & I still have wasp problems & they can't schedule it till next month! I fear for my dogs & my kids were chased in the house. They don't do brooming off cobwebs which they said they do. My house is covered & I have to go out & do their job! I have mouse droppings in my basement. Which I thought they put a barrier around the house! Response/ update. Ive called almost DAILY! I've been told a manager will cal
