Konold was easy to reach, responsive when I called, and made scheduling a visit easy. Chris came out at the end of the day but he was outgoing, friendly, thorough in spraying and removing the wasp nest, and answered all my questions. The cost was reasonable, he did a great job ensuring the problem was taken care of, and he made sure I was happy with the service before leaving. Konold Pest Control was able to quickly resolve the pest problem I was having, and I would use them again. I definitely recommend them if you're looking for a good pest control company, and when you call ask for Chris M!

Quick. Friendly. Honest and price was fair. 5/5 would recommend. Pet friendly bug guy showed up on time, pet my dog, killed my ants, black widows and wasps. He made a few jokes with me and then left. Dude was a pleasure to be around. Great job. Lookin forward to next time.

Wow. This company, its owner and employees exemplify a truly premium pest control business. In 2023, I signed up with Proof pest control. In 2024 I switched to Moxie. Then in 2025 winter>spring thawing time, I noticed a lot of channels in my yard. At that time I gave Moxie quite a few opportunities to figure out the issue and treat it. They had zero clue what was going own. So I looked for a local pest control company and ran into Konold and they had glowing reviews on Google. I called the number and Jacob (owner) answered and immediately knew what the problem was based on my explanation over the phone. The issue was rodents, specifically Voles. I switched my service immediately to them and boy they sure knew what they were doing. They immediately came to the rescue and completely eliminated the problem. So over a year later I am pleased to say this company is the real deal. You usually get to interact with the same individual who is very friendly and know their trade. I have interacted with Chris who is a stellar individual who cares about what he does in his professions and he’s also a down to earth guy. Most recently Jacob came out when I contacted him about a pigeon problem and he came on short notice and remedied the issue right away. If you are dealing with random people knocking on your door selling pest control contacts every season, I would highly suggest avoiding them and giving Jacob and his team a try. I can’t speak enough of how well this company is run as their results speak for themselves. Thank you Jacob Konold and Co!!! Y’all rock!! All other pest control services take note!

I manage a 150,000 sqft building in Parker. We made the switch from a national brand to Konold last year after receiving regular complaints from our occupants. After a year of service with Konold the complaints have literally dropped to zero. Chris is here on time every month, knows the property well, and leaves very detailed reports on the invoices. Jacob and his team did an excellent job helping identify the raccoon problem, define the solution, and help remove them. Unfortunately, mama left one of the babies behind and we had to cut Out a section of siding to get to the abandoned Kit. Beyond extraction, the team eliminated other vulnerabilities in the eaves and roof line. Nice job, highly recommend!
