When calling and selecting new service, a person answers but cannot help, only sends message to owner, still no response. I was a customer for about 4 years. This company's owner has impeccable integrity. I eventually had to part ways because they were unable to provide a quote that excluded herbicides in the rock beds, where I grow food, even if they were to pad the margin for one of the other services that I did want with the lost herbicide margin in their quote. As long as you are OK with their required list of bundled services, this company is great. I believe the weekly mowing requires weed control and fertil
London comes out once a month to an 8 building site, that is over 672,000 sq feet. He does an amazing job servicing our properties, both inside and out. He’s knowledgeable about the bugs, their patterns/habits, and how to properly proceed with getting rid of them. He always makes himself available and responsive, I couldn’t be happier with TERMINIX and especially our technician. HIGHLY recommend.
