More like KillATree! This company had a major fail in treating and protecting our beautiful oak tree. It has gone way downhill this year, dropping hundreds of leaf clusters and now with lots of dead or dying branches. When given a chance to correct their work they provided no solutions, just excuses. I've been with these guys for 3 years or so. I'm done. I've struggled with them showing up on time, with notifications for service, and scheduling. Multiple calls to their office and employees to try to fix their notification (I finally got a notification after two years last week), schedule lawn maintenance, discuss planting trees, etc. and every single time it was the same story. We'll fix it, we'll do better ... I'm a month behind on getting my first service done (as compared to my neighbors

I wish I could give 0 stars. Very upset!!! SavATree came out and performed a $300 service on my tree yesterday without my approval. Claiming that i had an auto-renew from years in the past. Be VERY CAREFUL when signing up for services through this company as they will try to get you for auto-renewal. They claimed to give us mailings stating that the service was going to happen, which I am sure i thought was just like every other yard service out there asking for my business so i threw it aw
