I was freaking out really bad about the whole situation but Don the owner reassured me more than a few times. He answered all of my questions before the treatment and calmed me down a few times when I started to spiral. The technicians that come out were really thorough and careful with our stuff. So far everything is good. Thank you Heat pro!

Don went way above and beyond by helping IMMEDIATELY after I realized I’d been exposed out of town at a retreat. He called me back within minutes (on a Sunday!) and he heat-treated my car an hour later when I got back into town to prevent spread before going home. I didn’t even know that was an option before Heat Pro. Don saved me so much money and fear by getting me in right away and patiently waiting while I sorted what could stay in the car and what needed to be thrown away or have separate heat treatment. He answered all of my questions and was extremely generous with his time. I 10/10 recommend Don and his team at Heat Pro—they will treat you like family and ensure you are taken care of!

This company is amazing! Updating that two months later, still no sign of bed bugs anywhere. I came home from a trip with unfortunate stowaways: bed bugs! 😱 Within a day, my daughter and I looked like we had the plague. I called Don, who took time from his own trip to walk me through what I should and shouldn't do, give me advice, and give me a quote. I began doing my research and called five other companies for quotes and info, including Terminix and Orkin. None were as knowledgeable or helpful. After doing my own research, I realized heat was truly the only way to eradicate the virulent and insidious pests. After two days of endless washing and fear of infecting anyone else, I called Don back and he was able to get Luis and Joe out the next day. The checklist was long and required a lot of work, but it was so worth it to be able to wake up without itching and fear of social ostracization because we might bring horrible unintended guests with us wherever we went. Luis and Joe were very professional and on time. They walked through with me to make sure the house was ready and none of our belongings would be damaged, and even checked on my kids' hamsters to make sure they were ok where we stowed them outside during the process. I cannot recommend their services enough. We are now bed bug free and were able to parse down some clutter as an unintended bonus. Excellent service. I had some concerns about a possible bed bug infestation and called Heat Pro on a Saturday. I connected with Don, who was off work at the time, but happened to be nearby. We were able to connect at REI for 20 mins, where he inspected an insect specimen I had found and took the time to answer all of my many questions to help put my mind at ease. It was a false alarm but heaven forbid if I ever have them I will be absolutely be giving Don & the Heat Pro team a call.

Don was able to quickly review some photos I sent him after cold calling him to help rule out that the insect was NOT a bed bug. Very appreciative for his expertise and quickly helping us out!

Don is dedicated to helping his clients, super conscientious, and really cares! He worked on my car for nearly 6 hours to make sure it is clean. It feels so nice to feel safe in my car again. He offers so many other services to folks suffering from pest infestations; I'm really grateful for his work!

We found bed bugs while staying at an otherwise very nice hotel ... well, it can happen anywhere I guess, but we had to get our luggage and all of its content decontaminated to make sure we didn't transport anything into our house. Donald was super nice, came out to our place and picked up the luggage. He returned it a few days later after heat treatment, going out of his way to bring everything back to our place at a time we were at home. Other companies did not offer to treat the luggage, merely suggested to bring everything to the dry cleaner, or wash at a high temperature, or put things into the drier at high heat. Would probably have ruined quite a few items, and it's not unambiguously settled that dry cleaning will really work, that depends on the chemicals they are actually using. In a nutshell, I would always use Heat Pro services again (although I really hope I won't need to :-) ).

Luis And crew came out and treated the whole house. A week later he came out and inspected a chair because I'm still kind of skittish. This is a company that stands behind the warranty! They said give it a week, and if I still wanted them to they would come out and redo it for free. Update: The bed bugs were back, so they came out a second time. All was going well and they did an excellent job, until the end where they dumped the clothes out of the bins They were in and expected them to be heat treated after the heating had already moved upstairs. This of course introduced the bed bugs back into the basement. They were only willing to spray and not heat again since they had already been back for the second heating.DO NOT use them as the second introduction of the bedBugs was their own fault and they would not reheat. I will post a picture of clothes they dumped out and did not spread out to be heated properly.

These guys are great. Excellent communication. Very accommodating to my schedule and thorough with their work. Their warranty is great and pricing is extremely competitive. Great outfit to work with.

I waited a full month before writing this review. Still no signs of bed bugs. I didn’t have your average bed bug issue. I had an infection on a property I acquired. They came to the house gave me an in-depth, honest assessment of the property and answered every question I had. On service day they showed up on time ready to work.I couldn’t have been more happy with my service. If they can kill this infestation there isn’t an infestation they can’t do. Been 2 years now and still no issues

I contacted Heat Pro to treat my brother's home for bed bugs. Donald and his workers were awesome. Donald even pointed out to the workers about the gas heating stove that would need to be shut off before treatment and then turned back on. I even had them do the prep work and cleanup after the process. They were very thorough. When I had questions about a couple of large bags and if I dare open them to remove the items, one of the workers personally called me to explain several things. He told me this was one of the worst infestations they had seen in years and because of that they were going to use a much higher temperature for the heat treatment and for a much longer time. After the process was done, I remembered my brother's car was still parked at the clinic and would need treatment. They picked up the car, treated it and even drove it back to my brother's home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heat Pro and Donald. They made an awful situation much easier for me to deal with.

My family had rented a cabin the mountains and right after turning off the light the first night, a bed bug crawled across my daughter's kindle. We bagged everything we had brought and came home, left it all outside, and in the morning called Heat Pro. They came that evening and picked up the car and everything in it and heat treated the car and all the stuff individually (we're six people, so it was a lot of stuff!). They were responsive and just amazing (this was a Friday and Saturday, too). You could still feel the heat coming off of everything in the car when they returned it. We are so grateful to know we won't be bringing any bed bugs into our home thanks to Heat Pro.

I found a small infestation of bed bugs coming from my wall. I managed to vacuum up and kill most of them myself. I needed to make sure they were eradicated still. Called Terminex for a quote and inspection, they booked me and then never showed up. Called another local business, who also booked me and never showed up. Heat pro was about 100 more than what I wanted to spend, but they showed up when they promised and the gentleman helping was friendly and quick and made me comfortable about the process of renting the gear. So far everything looks good and no trace of them anywhere in the room.

We arrived home from a road trip from the Midwest. When my husband started unpacking our stuff, he noticed bugs on our belongings. We were terrified that they were bed bugs so we left everything outside and called around to 6 different companies to help us identify the insect - 2 said the soonest availability was tomorrow, 3 never answered, and finally Mari @ Heat Pro answered within SECONDS!!! She called her colleague, Osiel, and he was at our house within 20 minutes. After a quick glance, he was able to tell us that they were NOT bed bugs. Thank goodness!!! Both Mari and Osiel provided a quick, friendly, and thorough service! I hope no one actually has to use their services, but if so, I can not recommend them enough!!!

Great communication! Came to this company with problems in a townhouse and they followed up same day. They answered any and all questions I had. Very helpful and eased any anxiety I had throughout this process. Very diligent in everything they did. Haven’t had any problems since treatment! Worked with Mari who was amazing! Highly recommend.

Though our home did not have bedbugs, we share a corner with a unit who did. Our treatment was for prevention, and Mari and her team were kind, conscientious, thorough, informative, and kept us at ease throughout the entire ordeal. They also have a lovely follow-up program. We felt supported every step of the way!

My wife called me to tell me that there were bed bugs in our house. I am working 1500 miles away from home and Heat Pro saved the day. Mari and Delia were very informative and flexible as far as the whole process goes. They were there with us in person and over the phone step by step. If anyone has the misfortune of getting these nasty little pests, please call heat pro. They are reliable as well as thorough. I would definitely hire them again, however, I really hope I don't have to.

At least they were on time more than once. And they did a good job discarding of my bed. (Had bites though the night after first treatment while sleeping on sofa). Unfortunately, they did NOT finish the job. Exterminator came back second day (on a Sunday) God bless him. He did the laundry that was damp yet left a pile of bedding in a clumpy damp to pillow wet mess in the corner of the bedroom. Some bedclothes were still damp and hanged behind the bathroom door. They did not respond to phone calls after leaving voice mails to Exterminator and Office of my displeasure. (My cell is down from misplaced power cord). I am waiting on a return phone call or email to discuss making things right. I would be willing to edit a second more favorable review.

HeatPro has great customer follow up. When I have questions- 4 months after they heat treated our home - they respond the same day. Good people to do business with.

The bed bugs are gone! Donald generously coached us through the process of our infestation. He patiently taught us where they can come from, where they live, and how these bugs survive other treatments.
