In September, an Aptive rep came door-to-door and sold me on one single treatment with immediate cancellation. I paid what I understood was a one-time fee. Then Aptive scheduled/attempted another visit the following month with about 30 minutes notice, which I never agreed to. Since then, I’ve been trying to cancel for over 30 days. This is a total rip off. Their portal has NEVER worked. We never received a copy of our contract that we signed in July. I just received it today after months of asking for it. The contract was different than we were told by the sales person. BUYER BEEARE!!!!!!!! We are charged every month for a service that Nov through March we will only receive a service from 50-80 days. We were told on signing ip for our service it would be monthly with a monthly billing. No wonder the never gave us a copy of

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! These folks did a good job on the one time visit but then they tricked and said I signed up for a monthly service and charged me $59 and were going to continue and said I had a $940.00 balance. UPDATE: they have know charged me three more times at various amounts. I am writing this review, filing a complaint with the better business bureau and have contacted my bank to have them block them from charging my card.
