In September, an Aptive rep came door-to-door and sold me on one single treatment with immediate cancellation. I paid what I understood was a one-time fee. Then Aptive scheduled/attempted another visit the following month with about 30 minutes notice, which I never agreed to. Since then, I’ve been trying to cancel for over 30 days. UPDATE: another great service. We’ve had such a strange year of weather and apparently mice have been getting into the garage. Shemar found some caught in the glue traps. He told me about them and said he changed those out for bait traps which should help out more. Every single time he does an excellent job. Very professional and courteous and again I can’t recommend them more. UPDATE: after a year of service I continue to have a great experience with WolfCo. Can’t recommend them enough for you
