Vinny was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained things clearly and patiently. He was very respectful of our property and let us decide how to handle getting inside the walls to find the carpenter ants. He warmed us that the treatment would take a while to have an effect on the ants, but we noticed a dramatic shift in the ants activity from the very first day after the first treatment. We have continued to be surprised that we are seeing so few ants and absolutely no sawdust. We are super impressed.

Chris is always wonderful and accommodating when he's doing his job. We have a night worker in the house so he works around that schedule for us.

Staff always have a smile on their face and friendly and prompt. Good communicators.

Great service and great communication

Angel is always on time and very thorough and Penguin is always willing to retreat if bugs come back.

Our concerns were noted and addressed and the application of deterent applied immediately. Problems solved.

We’ve been using PPC for several years. My husband hates spiders and I can’t tolerate a cricket chirping in the house. Neither are an issue anymore. The service techs have all been courteous and responsive. We are very pleased with this company.
