Signed up for ongoing full services. For my first appointment they sent out an untrained and unlicensed employee who had been with the company for 5 months. It was very obvious he didn't know how to operate the fogging machine as half way around the property it ran out of fog but the employee kept shaking it spurting out fog intermittently.
