tech needs to be more careful spaying around iron objects he got to close to one of my woodworking machines and it went to rust within a couple of hours

Couldn't have been better.

They use an insecticide marketed by the name "Suspend SC". The main active ingredient is a chemical called deltamethrin. It won't take you much research to learn that this chemical is a PROVEN neurotoxin. Young children are especially susceptible to this poison because kids are fond of crawling around in areas where this toxin is sprayed and accumulates. It is a common practice in the world of pest control to downplay the dangers of products such as Suspend SC. For one, the stuff is a relatively cost-effective tool for a pest control company to use to eraticate infestations and provides good profit incentive for their company. What they probably won't tell you, unless pressed, is the dangers of this product. Here in Grand Junction the insect known as the American cockroach is quite common. They are usually quite large and you often can spot them crawling around at night outdoors especially in areas where there is water. Of course nobody wants them crawling around in their house or apartment. There is a misconception that American cockroaches are capable of causing the infestation problems commonly attributed to the species. This is a MYTH and the pest companies around here know this but are all to happy to allow you to keep believing that meanwhile they're making money off of you every time they come by to spray every so often when you find a few and maybe start to panic. American cockroaches are generally solitary and won't be causing the awful infestations that are the stuff of horror stories. The villain of those stories is the German cockroach. I know that most people don't want to become experts in identifying different genus of cockroaches, God knows I didn't, but if you value you and your children's health I strongly warn you to be wary of these people and these chemicals that they spray everywhere like it's a giant pest control party. This stuff is quite toxic.

Technician was not at scheduled time. Paid for insect spray on residential home but saw zero effects. Customer service is extremely poor and can not get ahold of them after calling multiple times and leaving messages. The outcome after reaching them was to pay for another service. I will not be using again

Professional and did the job as asked but didn't clean up the nests from the wasps which was a worry because it was clear I have dogs! On that note, the gate was also left open.

I gave them one star simply because I had to choose at least one. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your pest control needs, unless you want to get ripped off. They were supposed to spray for bed bugs. Upon their arrival, they sat in their truck for several minutes until I finally went out to greet them. They informed me that they thought they were here to spray for ants and did not have the chemicals needed for bed bugs but, when I called the office, the service rep told me that bed bugs were clearly listed on the paperwork. I had to reschedule the appointment after taking off work to meet with them. They came back a few days later and sprayed only one room, but charged us $140. We still have an infestation, and now they want to charge $70 more to come out. I highly recommend that you search elsewhere for your pest control issues. Jerry's Pest Control, in my opinion, is obviously out to rip you off.

One star for customer service. I contacted them a few weeks ago about my pest problem. They took a week to reply with rates. I decided to use them so I asked if I could schedule an appointment. They responded quickly asking where I lived. Upon telling them I lived near the college, they stopped responding. I waited a week and then emailed them again informing them that I needed to know whether or not I should take my business elsewhere. Still no reply.

The pest control person was supposed to treat for bed bugs in my town home complex, all units in one day. When the person arrived at my house, he told me that the property management company had contacted them saying he needed to stop by the office to pick up a key for the other units. He said that there was no reason to this because it would take too long and he was already here. It took me about 45 minutes to finish draining our fish tanks, during this time the pest control person chilled in their truck smoking cigarettes and watching TV on their tablet. He treated my home that day because I was here to let him in, he had to return to do my neighbors the following day. The pest control people are supposed to return 7 days after treatment, however when I contacted them, they told me that our property management people had to schedule the return appointment. When I contacted my property management, they had no idea of this. The overall lack of professionalism/ communication is absolutely amazing, and I recommend a better company.
