You truck tried to run me off the ramp

I had a tree come down in a recent wind storm. The tree landed on power and cable lines, and my house. Weston was able to come out the same day it happened and got to removing the tree. It was a huge tree and they took care of it with no problem. The crew was amazing. Really skilled at cutting up the tree. Super polite and worked really hard to get it all removed. They did a fantastic job leaving everything clean and tidy. I can’t recommend them enough.

Ben is awesome! Knows his stuff, responsive and accommodating.

We have had garden maintenance and lawn mowing done by Stems and Weston for the past few months. The staff were pleasant and easy to work with and handled everything professionally. They were on time and our yard looks great.

One of the Weston landscaping work trucks hit and run my vehicle. Backed into it, and then floored it in a parking lot full of children to escape. I’ve never received services from Weston, and never will if that is who they are hiring and trusting with their equipment.

Call them if you love getting transferred to a different person per question. Also their pricing is much higher compared to other companies.

The landscaping at our complex has deteriorated since they took over the summer of 2022. We have dangerous invasive weeds, such as goatheads, growing everywhere. We have very little grass left. They recently trimmed junipers and left the trimmings in the grass for dogs and humans to get lodged in their feet. When they do use the blowers they point them directly at resident’s porches making a huge mess for the owners to clean up. The list of issues is endless. Beware of this company.

These idiots showed up at our house to spray their dangerous pesticides without being asked! Who does that?? Thank god they didn’t spray since my husband stopped them in time!!!!!!

Reached out to them for an estimate on backyard work. If you’re a lower budget, don’t bother. They only want higher priced clientele.

We hired Weston for sprinkler troubleshooting. As a result several heads blew and gushed water, and we found a puncture in one of the line. We ended up repairing lines to 3 sprinkler head. They do not stand behind their work.

Quality of work continues to get worse with each time I used them for yard cleanup or water sprinkler activation. Unexplained charges show up on invoice after techs say everything looks good in person.

Update: They did contact me thru Facebook and said they would waive the fee and that they were just trying to help me out with securing the dogs - they def handled it poorly but did step up eventually I called Weston to come look at our fence where the dirt was shifting and pushing the bottom of fence out. Marnie came out and looked at it, was really nice. She said it would be time and materials and then set up Scooter to come out. He came and looked at it said yeah he had some ideas to fix. I went back inside leaving him to do the work. 10-15 mins later he came and got me. Went out and he said he couldn't fix it, he's an irrigation guy, not a fence guy. He did put in a 2x4 and shift the rocks and boards I had out there previously. He said I needed to call a fence guy and re-iterated that he was not a fence guy but a irrigation guy. He was nice and pleasant, I asked what I owed him and he said no charge. Then yesterday I get a bill in the mail for $80. $80 for 15 mins of work and a 2x4. I left a vm at company saying that seemed way too high for what was "done". I spoke to Heidi, again, she was nice, she said Scooter had submitted the paperwork and I told her what was done and she said she'd take care of it. I had also called in this morning because I wanted to get it straightened out and apparently my vm's went to 2 separate lines. So then a Weston called me (I'm sorry I can only remember her last name because it was the company name). She told me how there is overhead and fuel, material costs and stuff. I said I still felt $80 was too high. I was THEN told there was a minimum of $80 charge. Had someone told me there was a minimum charge I would have gone a different direction, especially when the man they sent out was not capable of a proper repair. She did take $20 off. I will be sending check today. But I still feel taken advantage of, everyone was very nice and pleasant and then a F U bill comes. I feel they should have definitely told me about the minimum bill and sent out someone to do a complete job. As for me I realize that this is a capitalistic country and companies are really all about their profit margin and I should have gotten something in writing prior to anything being done. Don't make my mistake and not get everything spelled out. I have pics but don't know how to upload them to show you what $80 ($60) will get you.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Because of them, our lawn is dead. After they turned on our sprinklers, we had to call them out multiple times to repair leaks. After getting a $3000 water bill, had to call them out again. Took weeks to come. Just paid them to turn off my sprinkler system. I will never use them again.

DO NOT USE! They removed a tree and branches in my neighbor's yard and destroyed our plants in the process. Throughout two days this crew dropped large branches time and time again onto the flowers/plants in our yard, leaving them trampled. They took no care before starting the job to catch items from destroying our yard. They would then periodically jump the fence into our yard to pick up larger branches, but left a mess in their wake. When I asked them to stop doing it, the crew blew me off and said it wasn't their concern. Similarly, Ryan Weston showed no remorse after the fact. Edited 9/6/17 - after I wrote the above review, they left plants on our doorstep to replace some of the ones they crushed.
