This company is trash!!! Saela has terrible customer service. They have refused to solve our mice problem. We have a membership with this company and our mice problem in our rental still persists. I have to say I was disappointed in the technician that initially came out to my house to start services. That technician, Patrick, was unable to complete the first service and when I asked him why he was leaving he told me he had already told the next client on his daily roster that he was on his way. I asked him when he was going to finish my house and he let me know that if he had time later he would stop by. The manager had to come out and finish the technicians job for him. I would not reco
