Customer service was quite rude but I can get past that so long as they provide good service. Unfortunately they do not, and they had no problem telling me they dont mind the use of traps that are inhumane if it "gets the job done" such as glue traps. if I could give a "0", I would. It takes nothing to spray for bugs four times per year but when we had mice, there was no follow up and EnviroPest never returned my calls. We had an infiltration of mice during the winter. I, again, now have a mouse (October) and probably more than one. Last winter , we had one technician arrive and said he would be back in two weeks. to follow up with traps etc. There was a different technician show up two weeks later.
