We have been using Proof for almost a year now, great experience. Ryan is our preferred service provider who is super thorough, very kind, and knowledgeable. Ryan, per our request treats our home inside and out for quarterly maintenance a huge improvement with way less critters. I am also a fan of the non toxic products they use inside our home, the smell is a very lite mint fragrance that fades quickly. Loyal customers…..thank you Ryan for taking care of our home and keeping little critters at bay as much as possible.

Scam do not use this pest control. Company. They will continue to charge you and not refund you for services. They will talk you up and make you feel at home and then they will only do what is best for them. Don't do BUSINESS!!!! with them if you just want to get SCAMMED!!!!!!.

This company walks around my neighborhood soliciting services in a way that is truly unacceptable. Myself and many of my neighbors have “No Soliciting” signs, which are not being respected by multiple workers from this company. They are taking pictures of houses. Looking in backyards and windows. One person even came and rang my doorbell at 8:30 at night! I live in a suburban neighborhood, and have a young toddler who’s in bed by 7:30pm… any soliciting after 7:00pm is so disrespectful. I’m not usually the “Karen” sort, but I’m getting tired of this particular company and its solicitation practices of me and my neighbors. I can honestly say I have no idea as to how good of a job they do for pest control… I can say that they are persistent, though! I suppose that’s not a bad thing for a pest control company… I’ll give them that!

I would give zero stars if I could. They charged $200 for an initial treatment but waived it if you sign up for a year. The treatment didn't work after 2 treatments so I called to cancel the service. They said they would cancel but I would have to pay the $200. I argued and they said that they would charge me even though it didn't work and I had to pay for another product. Really disappointing that they trap you into a contract and if you are unsatisfied, they charge you an outrageous amount for something that doesn't work.

I don't typically leave bad reviews on small companies but what transpired yesterday was awful. We already have a pest company but the representative that stopped at our house for Proof wouldn't let that be an answer. The guy told me that the company we have currently is facing lawsuits. When I questioned that, he said you have to drive deep to find them. I have a analytical law degree, there were no lawsuits for our current pest company. Next lie the sales rep said that Proof is local... we just moved here from AZ were they have Proof too, so not local. I tried to be nice and just ask for a card so he'd leave but that didn't help. So I chose to just let my husband deal with him. When my husband stepped outside the sales rep called him the boss..... that's not ok. Overall retrain your sales reps because they are awful and telling lies about other companies could lead to lawsuits for false information and defamation of character.

It is not my fault if your employees did not forward the issue to you. You had all the necessary info for months. Further, you also have many negative reviews regarding your solicitors, and acting like those reviews dont exist is not a good look either. Clearly change is needed at your company. It was also HIGHLY inappropriate for you to dig and find my personal phone number to call me about this, and then try to weasel personal info from me during a phone call i did not request. You showed me the same lack of respect by doing so that your solicitors show to your community. No, I do not want to use your company, even for free. ___________Original Review:______________ Proof sent this solicitor to my neighborhood and instructed him to ignore No Soliciting signs. After ignoring my request for him to respect No Soliciting signs in the future, I asked him what could have gotten him to NOT ring my doorbell. He responded by making a gun threat and then telling me I should go get one - even though he was literally standing in a school zone, 100ft from an elementary school. CSPD told me to share the story with Proof. When i attempted to do so, Mariah with Proof lied to me about her position within the company and how it related to the solicitor, so that she could get the details of my story and then stop responding about any followup. My questions were met with lies and evasiveness from that point onward and they refused to even confirm that the employee had been talked to, much less fired. She even told me that the identity of the company's VP was private and "she cant share that info with me". Laughable. The entire interaction with the gun threat is recorded on video, so their inaction to deal with a dangerous employee in an ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ZONE is extremely disappointing and I urge you to stop doing business with them and take it elsewhere.

As I mentioned, the young man you are referring to was not an employee of proof. and was an independent contractor for a third-party marketing firm. That being said, due to the feedback you provided, he will no longer be allowed to represent proof. in any capacity. We take information like this very seriously and strive diligently to protect our reputation by providing top tier pest control service. This is evidenced by our thousands upon thousands of 5-star reviews. Again, I personally apologize that this happened. What a joke. Sprayed one time for the first $99. $55/month after that. I call and tell them we are still having wasps and that we are seeing signs of mice. Schedule for them to come out and they set a few traps and can't spray, they can't inspect, or do anything else "because of the rain" (just a light drizzle). I was told they would probably set some bait boxes and they didn't even do that. Not at all worth the money. (Also, I’m pretty sure most of the good reviews are friends, family or employees because if you scroll through there are a ton of 1 star reviews.)

A solicitor came to our house as we were cleaning out our garage. She was very pushy. She told us she was giving us the best deal for pest control $20 every 3 months for spraying our house and area. We come to find out we were being charged $60 a month for this service. We were completely lied to about all aspects of what was going on. Very disappointed with this company.

I have not used Proof but they have been to my house soliciting. The first time they were here, they were very unprofessional. I used my Ring doorbell to speak as I was in my pajamas. They "boy" that came was rude and a smart a**. I then called them and asked them to never come to my house again. Then again, yesterday, another came to our house ignoring the no soliciting sign. My husband went out and politely told her that we use another company and to not ignore our no soliciting sign. The sign is there for a reason as our GSD puppy goes nuts when the doorbell is rung. The fact that they came back after telling me they would not shows me they do not listen so I am sure they will not listen if I was a customer. Will NEVER use them. To Your Reply: I have called and why would I use your service free or not when you do not train the people out soliciting to NOT go to a home with a sign posted. I am not the only one in this neighborhood this has happened to. It is against the law to solicit when there is a "No Soliciting" sign posted. Come to my house again and I will respond.

A proof salesman came to my door. The salesman decided to bad mouth the pest control company I had. I have had this pest control company and have enjoyed for many years. He pointed out a dead cricket on my porch and claimed I still had pest activity. It was dead, my pest control company is doing the job they were hired to do, kill bugs. The salesman was also very creepy in stopping telling me the selling pitch to say I looked nice and smelled great. This could be a sale strategy but it was very creepy and disrespectful. After hearing him continue to bad mouth my pest control company for a few more minutes, I was not sold so I let him know I was going to stick with my company. He ended his sales pitch by saying, "If you still want to have bugs, that is up to you". I found him very rude and pushy. I wish I could remember his name for your companies future use. I have put this information on my neighborhood page as well. I would highly recommend not using this sales strategy in the future.

Proof solicitor read my No Soliciting sign and rang my doorbell anyway. Upon answering I asked if he saw the sign and he said "Yea I read it but you have bugs". I then told him to read the sign again while I slammed the door on his face. Proof has lost any business from me for life since they feel no soliciting signs don't apply to them.
