Great service. Justin and his team answered the phone, came out to assess the situation immediately and got right to work. They sealed and protected my attic & crawl space thoroughly. The critters were gone by the time Certech was called, as I had already removed the insulation and replaced duct work. However, they were very diligent about setting traps and sealing remaining openings to prevent any further problems. Highly recommend!!

Rodent access points to the house were located and sealed off. Traps were set where rodent activity was noticeable and the traps were inspected on regular basis and reset if necessary. Gareth explained what was required and efficiently carried out the work. We highly recommend Certech and look forward to a rodent free home.

We've used Certech for almost 6 yrs now at our restaurant. We just opened a new restaurant that had horrible roach issues. They have eliminated all the roaches. I called Certech for a summer ant issue and couldn’t be happier with the results. They scheduled my appointment quickly and handled everything with total professionalism. My technician, Gareth, was incredibly nice, thorough, and professional. He used a targeted baiting strategy inside and treated the exterior perimeter with a spray. It’s been about 10 days since the treatment (done on 5/16) and the results speak for themselves—the ants are completely gone from the inside, and I’ve only seen a couple of strays outside which have now disappeared too. Their pricing for a one-time service is incredibly reasonable, especially for the high quality of work and peace of mind they provide. Certech is an excellent choice and I highly recommend them.

Certech was able to send a person out the following day after making appointment, which was good as we tried unsuccessfully to eliminate the ants with multiple attempts prior. The treated inside and out which seemed to have done the trick. We only had a few stray ants for a couple of days but after a week no more ants were seen. It's only been 3 weeks, but we haven't seen any more as of yet.

Also see my earlier review 5 Star on work Certech for me with an Ant problem I was not able to solve myself. Unfortunately, I had another occasion recently to need pest control services in connection with a rat problem I was having. We had used a different service provider 9 months or so earlier and had the problem under control until it wasn’t again! The earlier exclusion work that had been performed had been compromised. I had found the likely place they were getting in and had reset traps in the basement; but, because I had had such a good experience earlier with Fermin and Certech, I called them up to get their professional experience and assessment. As was the earlier case with the Ant issue, they were responsive to my call, came out within 24 hours, and just brought a huge dose of professionalism and reasonableness. I don’t know what it is with the pest business; but, I just always feel like I am being fed a bunch of scare tactics, oversold, and then left in the end too often with an ineffective solution , a long-term contract and difficulty in following up once they have the contract. That just hasn’t been the case with Certech and it stands out as different from their competitors and is also so refreshing. Fermin was as patient, friendly and knowledgeable as he had been when he came out to our house earlier for the ants, and he worked with me to acknowledge the work already done and then advise and recommend only what incrementally needed to be done. He even helped me clear the catches I had in the traps I had set and rebait them. He also confirmed my assessment on the place they were likely getting in and helped me reclose that; but, also took it upon himself to do a comprehensive search for other exclusion gaps including up on the roof when he noticed a place our oak tree was touching the house. At the end, once again differentiating themselves from their competition, there were no exorbitant charges for the visit and no hard sell for a continuing contract. He was so honest he even told me I should be fine now with how things were and just to keep monitoring the exclusion areas and check the traps now and then. And, to call them again if I ever need them. So refreshing and, once again, renewing my faith that friendly, quality, professional service is still available in our community.
