Inside Out Pest Control

I rarely write reviews (only when a place is really bad or in this case REALLY GOOD). We were selling our home and part of selling it meant the future buyer wanted us to tent for termites. We had a super tight timeline AND it was Thanksgiving week. I called at like 8 places before finding Jose's business. He was booked when I needed him but moved some things around and was able to fit me into his schedule...not once, but TWICE. He saved us a ton of money (we didn't have to get a hotel for our tenants since they were gone for the holidays), and we were able to close on the house in time because of him. Thank you is not enough. I could not recommend Jose and his team more. They were timely, efficient, professional, communicative. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Inside Out Pest Control subcontracted our job to Best Care Fumigators because we have a Spanish tile roof. They warned us that the fumigators might do some damage when putting up the tent, so we were required to sign an excessive damage waiver before the work was done. Nevertheless, we were assured that they would take reasonable care. Best Care broke well over 200 tiles, and repair estimates now range from $9000-$11000. Other workers have been on the roof without breaking any tiles, and professional roofers have asked us what these guys were doing up there... dancing? Cannot recommend Best Care for anyone with a ceramic tile roof, and if working with Inside Out, check out their subcontractors.
