$2500 in roof repair, maybe they went with the low bid on subbing out the fumigation ?

Because of this, you signed our additional Extremely Fragile Roof Release, which specifically acknowledges the increased risk of significant roof damage associated with proceeding with the fumigation.<br>Our goal is always to be transparent about known risks before any work begins so our customers can make an informed decision. While we understand the outcome was disappointing, we stand by our commitment to providing clear written disclosures regarding the condition of the roof and the potential consequences of moving forward with the fumigation. You chose to proceed with the fumigation after acknowledging these potential risks in writing.

Everything good at very reasonable price. Good professional Inspectors and crew. Ana in the office made everything go smoothly. I have fragile roof tiles and expected many broken but finally only 10.

Great customer service and communication! Ana was extremely helpful and professional in the explanation of procedures and policies for both Jetty Termite and Pest Control and the contracted Fumigation company (Best Fumigation Care). Jesse was extremely professional personable and responsive in the inspection of our home. Great service all around. Highly recommended for your termite inspections and extermination needs. An added plus is that it is a Veteran owned company!!!

I really appreciated the professionalism, friendliness, and affordability of Jetty Termite & Pest Control when we fumigated our new home! Jesse came out to give us a quote and was super friendly and clear about the immediate needs of the house. Ana was easy to connect with and made scheduling so easy. When our tenting day came around, I was sure we would need to cancel due to inclement weather, but their team came out at almost 5 pm and made it happen with no complaints! This made a huge difference because it would have held up our ability to move into our new home. Not to mention, their fumigation quote was $300 less than the other quote we received! I would definitely recommend using them and will use them again in the future when we need it!

I would highly recommend Jetty Termite and Pest Control. When I called their number I knew I was in good hands talking to Ana, her customer service was amazing. We had already got three various quotes from different companies and Jetty was the most professional and knowledgeable. Jesse came out and we were super impressed with his recommendations, service, and pricing. I would highly recommend to go with this company if you are having any issues with termites or in the need of any pest control.

Great customer service from Ana and Elvita! The technician Jesse is very knowledgeable on explaining and finding all the termites in our house. They also send a great fumigation service that are very professional and reliable to take care of not damaging anything especially our roof tiles. Great company that I highly recommended!!
