Great communication, punctual, very polite and informative. Anthony made a very thorough inspection of the house and provided us options at reasonable prices compared to those of larger companies. His recommending NOT to tent/fumigate the house due to the small size of the infestation shows a level of ethics those larger companies lack. Definitely recommend them to others.

Anthony came over and looked at the problem. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. As a result we are scheduled for an immediate termite extermination this afternoon, including subterranean termites. If I had to redo a termite and rodent treatment, I would look into a more experienced company. Dr. Termite asks you to submit a review right after service has been done, so these reviews don’t have a long term outlook of their work. We paid over 3,000 dollars for termite and rodent service. They set up traps and treated the house and said they’d come every 2 weeks to check traps. Over a month went by , and no call or email from the company. We ended up buying a $6 dollar Amazon trap that caught the rodent. I felt stupid spending all that money when the $6 dollar trap did the job. The rodent service they offer covers entry points for rodents. There were entry points left uncovered outside of the house. I had to call to get it fixed. About 2 months after the termite treatment, we began to notice more termite droppings in the garage. Customer service isn’t good either.

Did the preventive full treatment on our house. 7mo later we had a termite infestation, The owner of the company said it's the wrong type of termites, The one he doesn't cover it blah blah blah. Basically termites can come back the next day and they make no guarantees whatsoever. Took them to small claims and the judge said they are right, Is there warranty does not cover anything.

Dr. Termites sent over Anthony Gomez to help us investigate a potential termite problem. They came out and did a sup-par inspection for us. A few minutes after they left and had shown us how to notice the signs of termite damage, my husband noticed termite damage on the outside of the house that the inspector hadn’t even noticed. We called back to ask them to come back to add this damage to the inspection. Anthony said that day that he didn’t have time and rescheduled with us for over two weeks later, as that was the soonest he said he had available. So we waited two weeks and then he just called this morning when he was supposed to come by for the appointment today and told us that he doesn’t want to do the inspection because he doesn’t want to get paid from an HOA. Although we had told him from the beginning that our home was a part of an H away and he knew this before he even came out the first time. There are many homes that are in HOA‘s. For this company to exclude HOA‘s or for them to just simply discriminate against us or our HOA is unacceptable. I guess he just wants fast cash in hand on the day. I would beware, because they didn’t even notice a huge amount of termite damage!!!! And good luck to getting them to hold to their word about a warranty or anything like that when they cancel appointments that have been two weeks in the making on the morning of. This company is a complete waste of time and even worse if you waste your money with them!!!!!

The representative explained the work to be done in detail and where the problem areas were. Haven't made a decision as to when we can have it done but the free inspection was overall a good experience

I wanted to try this company “green solution” for termites, called 3 times, left 2 messages, filled their online inspection request online form. They DO NOT answer their phone, DON’T call back and DON’T reply the online form they have in their website. I wonder why they have such great reviews for customer service.

Efficient and responsive but paid $120 more than last treatment service who treated three rooms not just a window area.

Had a problem and called and asked for information. Anthony Gomez came out the same day and answered all my questions. I appreciate there quick response.
