O'Connor Pest Control

We have been a customer for 20+ years. Last month we had a gopher problem in our front yard. We contacted O’Connor, they came out and set two traps, and after 30 days we had more gopher holes. After two weeks of no results we contacted them to report that the traps had to be moved because obviously they did not have the traps set in the correct place…they did come out and moved the traps into the new holes…again…no results we contacted…again we had to contact them to suggest they needed to mo

Service was all in all fine but when it’s time to cancel because your property sells the wheels fall off. I was charged for a month I did not get the service and when I tried to get the problem resolved I was handed over to one useless staff member after another. Never getting a call back from the manager as promised. POOR customer service. When you pay the prices charged and and have been a client for years one thinks they deserve a bit better and I’m the one. I will not recommend this company

I employed O'Connor's Pest Control to help control the gopher problem in my garden. Not only did they come sporadically, rather than monthly, but I had to call each month to get service. Their service did NOT get rid of the gopher problem. When I cancelled the contract after 12 months, I was told it was not a 12 month contract, but rather a very high 'deposit' and then 12 additional payments. I have paid all of these charges and yet they still persist in billing me for an additional two mon
