Amazing service every time! Family owned and great people, just like family! They have been servicing our home for over 25 years! Brian and his team are exceptionalyl great at what they do. They keep them pests away! Thank you McGranahan family, you are the best! Highly recommend!

Missed appointments without explanation, poor communication, and broke my fence. Left the broken fence and disappeared never to be seen again

Completely unprofessional. Could not be bothered with my questions. The interaction to get some basic information about their services was a struggle. Minus stars- Find another company that would welcome business.

These people don’t even deserve one star. They scheduled an appointment to show up from 1-3pm. Never showed up and called at 3:50pm saying we need to reschedule. No sorry or anything either. So unprofessional and wasted my time waiting for them and wasted two weeks for the appointment. Please find someone else.

After submitting request for quote on their website, about 10 days later received an email to call to schedule an inspection. Why have the online request submittal form available to potential customers then? Wanted to like them since appears to be a somewhat family-run business, but with that start of customer service don't wish to continue to find out.

I’ve never used a reoccurring service before but Brian answered all of my questions effectively. I no longer have gophers, ants or spiders. Looking forward to future treatments. Technician did a great job!

We own an RV. We went camping at the beach. While we were there, we killed 7 rats/mice inside the RV. Needless to say, the minute we got home, I called Green's Entomological Services (recommended by a friend). The earliest appointment I could get was with Shawn. She came out and thoroughly assessed the issues, inside, outside, and underneath the rig. She took pictures of every possible course of entry. Reviewed them with me, and said she'd be back with all of the materials needed for the job. She returned. I was extremely impressed with Shawn's professionalism, and how THOROUGH she was in sealing up ALL ports of entries for these horrible creatures. Thanks to her, we have not had any further issues. I've recommended her to numerous other owners of RV's who I've heard have been extremely happy as well. Thank you Shawn!

I just moved here in the last 2 weeks, and the house we moved into was infested with ants, we tried everything we could, I hit my limit and called almost every company around, and when I called this one, the receptionist who answered was absolutely amazing! At first, they weren't going to make it out til Friday, but I just asked was there anyway to get sooner, and he came out to my house within the hour! Best customer service ever! He was very informative, honest, kind, and caring! I know I'm not wasting money or being pushed to do more than what's it needed. Some other companies I called, were rude, twice the price and just seemed more about money then the customer! If I had to choose again, it would be them every single time! If you want amazing service that wont disappoint, choose them! You wont be sorry!

We have been using Green's Entomological Services for the last five years. They have serviced our home and our business for ants and spiders. In fact they did such a great job i only have to have them out every other year. Brian is always punctual and professional and I feel like I am getting the best service possible. best of all I know I am getting competitve rates and not being sold products I do not need. We will definitely use Green's in the future and refer them to all our friends and family!

We called out Green's Entomological Services because we had ants. They were all around our BBQ area and around our pool and the front of our house. We have 3 dogs and also were concerned about their safety if we were to have a pest control company come out. Well have to say we were more than pleased. Green's sent someone out the same day we called and did their things and BLAMMO no more ants. It's been well over a month since we had the service done. I wanted to wait and see how well the service lasted Still pleased with my choice to call Green's. They were also very professional and costs less than I expected. I will use them again
