I have used BPC pest control for the last 25 years and all of my tentings. (Coastal living necessity.ugh) Termite fumigation is not fun. It’s not Disneyland. It creates work, costs money and takes up time. I look for the pest control company that impacts these the least and still gets rid of the pests. Period. Big ads on Yelp, or on tv all cost money. That cost is passed on to the customer. BPC is a local owned business who is helpful, has low prices, gets in, gets out and gets the job done. I’ve never had or heard of anyone I’ve referred to them, ever having a problem. Ever.

Everything went as well as you could expect. On time and professional. Very reasonably priced. Went out of his way to help me. Showed up on short notice too. I go out of my way to support veteran owned businesses. You can't do any better than Brett.

The worst customer service and unprofessionalism I have ever came across! They came out to put up their tent and completely destroyed my plants, landscaping lights plus left my gate open to the public because “they’re meant to stay open”, used my personal items to hold down their tent! They make you sign forms that state they’re not held accountable for any broken, missing items which I totally understand but they also need to perform their job with precautions! They had one of their employees from best care come out to my home and glue my landscaping lights! GLUE!!!!! Glue was definitely not a fix! They sent me an email telling me to remove my Google review in order to give me a discount! Why remove it? Hmm? The experience we had was beyond unpleasant. Every time I would call the office Melissa would try to avoid my calls and Vicky the owner was no help both were super unprofessional. I do not recommended this family owned business or best care who are the ones that come out and do the unprofessional work!

Great product and great customer service

Excellent service!! They are very professional and courteous and I felt they truly were concerned that all my questions were answered. I had forgotten to bag some food in my freezer and they personally took care of it for me before my house was tented. Thank you, Kathy, and everyone else at BPC PEST CONTROL.

Best pest control company in the county

I first came across BPC Pest Control while looking for a company to fumigate our home for termites. Both the office staff and the technicians were very helpful, professional and friendly – they answered my questions and explained everything that needed to be done. Since then we are also using them on a monthly basis for the control of spiders, which we love. If you are looking for a friendly and honest company, BPC is the place to call.

Most customer service oriented business I have ever dealt with. These folks are great. 12 month follow up inspection review. As usual the technician was right on time. No signs of termites. Incredible customer service.

Jesus (Sal) Sanchez came out to our home today to check out our issues we were having. Not only did he fix our roblem but he did a fantasic job with cleaning up after. He was very pleasant and such a hard worker He came with a smile and left wih a smile!!! Would recomended him to eveyone!!!
