I have spoken to the “supervisor“ Lupita twice now and she always has an attitude over the phone and starts blaming me for the problems with our home. That we just purchased. Her attitude is unacceptable and I refuse to renew services with this agency after our paid services end. We had a home inspection done and they missed the fact that there were rodents in the home and the garage. How do you miss that!?

Was not a fan. They spent only 10 minutes inspecting my house to confirm that we had termites. Not very thorough. As opposed to another company where they stayed an hour inspecting every inch to make sure that there weren't other signs of termites other than the obvious area. We also had to email multiple times to receive a quote. As opposed to the other company where we got it the same day.

Incomplete pest and termite inspection. 6 months later I am out over 5k because I found termites on my exterior walls. 100% do not recommend.

I'm sorry for your bad experience with us. I'm not sure which property this is in reference to, but in general, termite inspections focus on visual evidence of termites or conditions that could lead to termites, be it a leaky pipe or termite mud tubes and droppings. Without any visual indicator of termites, it would be impossible to know exactly where to investigate further for termites.<br><br>It's possible that visual evidence of termites appeared after our inspection. Our reports are valid for only 120 days, as governed by the Structural Pest Control Board, because conditions can change quickly. If there are specific things your second termite company found that were missing from our report, we're happy to go over your specific termite report with you.<br><br>Again, sorry for your experience.
