DISHONEST sales people!!! Vacaville requires a soliciting permit to knock on doors that is worn by solicitors. These liars come to your door, lie and claim that they are doing work for a neighbor so are ignoring my explicit NO SOLICITING sign and are not wearing any permit. After having a new HVAC unit installed, we discovered lots of rat damage to the ducts and rat dirt everywhere. So Sentient came out, made a thorough inspection and noted many rat-entry points that needed sealing. This was done and rat traps left in place in the attic and outside closet. They came several times to check traps. Then they vacuumed up all the dirty insulation, replaced with new insulation (long and noisy job). I'm relieved to be rat-free with clean insulation! Very nice people
