Highly recommend this service. They are responsive (thanks Sirena and Ralph!), efficient, reasonably priced and very professional. Family owned and local. Their solutions to pest problems are based on exclusion, and have been highly effective without using any poisons. We've used them since 5 years and have only good things to say about them.

Sentient is very professional and takes care of your pest and rodent problems. I have used them on several of my properties with a permanent solution to my issues.

They did a good job plugging the holes and setting traps for me

After having a new HVAC unit installed, we discovered lots of rat damage to the ducts and rat dirt everywhere. So Sentient came out, made a thorough inspection and noted many rat-entry points that needed sealing. This was done and rat traps left in place in the attic and outside closet. They came several times to check traps. Then they vacuumed up all the dirty insulation, replaced with new insulation (long and noisy job). I'm relieved to be rat-free with clean insulation! Very nice people to work with!

Let me begin with that I am terrified of rats so it was overwhelming when heard rats in our attic and a pest control company confirmed that we had them. Although the pest control company was wonderful about trapping and disposing the rats, we knew we had to stop them from entering the attic. Sentient Pest Exclusion was the second company I called and I cannot say enough great things about our experience with this rodent exclusion company. From start to finish, Ralph and Serena provided exceptional customer service, making what was a stressful situation easy and manageable to handle. Ralph conducted a thorough inspection, and took photos to show us exactly where the rodents were getting in. He explained the process clearly and gave us confidence that they could resolve the issue. Unlike another company that quoted us almost four times the price, this team offered fair pricing without any upselling. Nick and Brad did the work and they were also very professional and hard working. The follow-up service was just as impressive. They ensured that all entry points were sealed, and when I called with a worry, Ralph came out again to inspect. Two weeks later, the attic is completely silent with no more scratching, no more anxiety! Serena was also fantastic in checking in and making sure we were satisfied. If you’re dealing with a rodent issue, don’t waste your time and money like we did (all companies charge a $125 fee for the initial inspection). This company is professional, effective, and truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend!
