Dealing with this company was the worst. Technician was fine service as fine. The office is a mess. They spelled my name wrong, sent emails to the wrong address and when it returned they did nothing to correct it. I waited almost 2 weeks for report the was supposed to be delivered faster by email and actually took longer then after I already paid they sent me an email asking fro payment. I had this company come a few weeks ago due to mites that I kept finding in the house. I gave them a few that I captured in a container and they claimed they looked at them under a microscope and called me saying it’s pubic lice and that I should see a doctor🤦🏼‍♀️ Anyways, turns out they are tropical rat mites and a week later we found a rat in our walls.
