I respect the work you do and I think you’re a great guy, but I need to be honest — I’m really not okay with how things have been handled on the business side. I never signed a contract, yet I’m being told I’m locked in until next year. That doesn’t sit right with me. If there is a signed agreement, please send me a copy — otherwise, I can’t agree to being held to something I never formally agreed to. Also, the fact that someone keeps showing up without any notice — no call or text — isn’t acceptable. That’s not how I do business, and it’s caused a lot of frustration. I’m asking again to please cancel my service going forward. I’m trying to handle this respectfully, but I need this resolved.

Sylack, You signed as single service on 10/12/24 with the option to go on a Bi-Monthly service with free call back in between if needed. In march you callled and wished to go On the Bi-Monthly service as the insects had come back.service was performed with your permission on March 20th as you were home and opened the garage as well to do a treatment.You are right no for year contract as sighed just verbale confirmation and signatures on invoice.As far as the showing up unannounced you never asked for prenotification , had you done so i would have compli, d.as for your balance i will accept payment for march service as paid in full and account stopped immediately.sorry for the miss comunication. Can’t recommend Ron’s enough. We had a rat problem in crawl space above and below house. Called Ron same day and they were out to help us out. Real friendly and honest and affordable. Offered multiple tips to help with prevention and was no pressure to buy anything we didn’t recommend. Highly recommend

Ron came out the day I called and resolved my issue by the end of the day. He did a thorough inspection and was honest about what needed to be done. I would definitely recommend Ron's All Season Pest Control.
