I never signed a contract, yet I’m being told I’m locked in until next year. That doesn’t sit right with me. We hired California Pest Control through our property management company to address a cockroach issue in our rental property. Their pricing was reasonable, and after just one service, we have not received any further complaints from the tenant. What we really appreciated is their flexibility. Ryan was great. He came in and did an assessment of my problem with Drain/Fruit flies. He was knowledgeable and spent some time looking for where they maybe coming from. He explained he was unable to find an entry and that it was possible there maybe a pipe leak between the walls and it seems he was right. Plumber will fix leaking pipe. Thanks Ryan. I liked California Pest so well that they now do Maintenance for me. Garrett is a great guy and he is always so thorough.
We have been with Delk Pest Control for numerous years. We have had several technicians that were very good, but Saye, our current one, is excellent. He not only sprays for pests, cleans all the cobwebs in our yards but he is always looking for future problems (hidden wasp nests…etc). My wife and I feel very fortunate to have him as our technician.

Can’t recommend Ron’s enough. We had a rat problem in crawl space above and below house. Called Ron same day and they were out to help us out. Real friendly and honest and affordable. Offered multiple tips to help with prevention and was no pressure to buy anything we didn’t recommend. Highly recommend
