We hired California Pest Control through our property management company to address a cockroach issue in our rental property. Their pricing was reasonable, and after just one service, we have not received any further complaints from the tenant. What we really appreciated is their flexibility. Unlike other companies we used in the past that pushed for a one-year contract, this company allows us to try a one-time service first or choose multiple services if needed. Very fair, professional, and effective. Highly recommended.

Do not use this company. They allowed someone to schedule an appointment for my apartment. I was not aware of this appointment nor did I confirm with the company. I work and would need to know about a potential appointment. This way I can communicate with my place of work for time off. I reached out to the company because my apartment property management, are charging me almost $300 for missed appointments. So, asked them to let me know who scheduled the appointment, and or who did the technician speak with in regards to 3 missed appointments. They just kept directing me to my property management. They have records of who scheduled an appointment and won't inform me of the who. They are not a trustworthy business, do not use their services.

It was a very good one on my ladder just a Slam a Lord and won't get nothing done. But I enjoyed your guy, Mike is very nice.

They came almost every two weeks because I kept calling and our problem got worse and didn’t get better at all. Total waste of money. Use them for three months and not any improvement whatsoever.

We made plans for a specific date & time that I had to take a day off for only to never get a notification that the guy who planned to be at my house decided he couldn't make the designated time that was scheduled which completely interfered w/ the rest of my plans & I was forced to re-arrange my schedule around his &I had to call the company to verify his attendance.

Ryan was great. He came in and did an assessment of my problem with Drain/Fruit flies. He was knowledgeable and spent some time looking for where they maybe coming from. He explained he was unable to find an entry and that it was possible there maybe a pipe leak between the walls and it seems he was right. Plumber will fix leaking pipe. Thanks Ryan. I liked California Pest so well that they now do Maintenance for me. Garrett is a great guy and he is always so thorough.

The guy very nice good person But the price is expensive especially with no guarantee in result No promise the job will be done So you have to pay for trying
