Delk Pest Control

The report provided by inspector does not contain any details of what had been verified or inspected. Entire report only contains 3 lines that to just the disclaimer notes. When called up and reported to the customer service to get the details of inspection report and understand how much percentage was inspected, the home inspector never called the us (customer). We expected the inspection report having attention to details and explanation of satisfactory or unsatisfactory results in the report

UPDATE: My house has seen much less in the way of cockroaches (German or otherwise) in the weeks since Delk visited. In addition, the communication regarding their return visit was much improved. I'm leaving the original review up for context, but I am much more satisfied with Delk's service than I was two weeks ago, despite the fact that I stand by my initial statements. We have been with Delk Pest Control for numerous years. We have had several technicians that were very good, but Saye, our current one, is excellent. He not only sprays for pests, cleans all the cobwebs in our yards but he is always looking for future problems (hidden wasp nests…etc). My wife and I feel very fortunate to have him as our technician.
