If I could give zero stars, I would. The technician left nothing but a business card -- no update, no instructions, no indication of whether the work was actually completed. When I called to simply ask what that meant, the owner, Manny, yelled at me and spoke down to me like I had done something wrong. Calling a female customer "honey" is not just unprofessional -- it's disrespectful. Absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone who expects basic courtesy or competence.

Who ever answers the phone is terribly rude canceled my appointment after asking questions after being told to call if I have any questions and has stop receiving calls very poor service

The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. So why 2 stars? The customer service agent! They hung up in my face! I wanted to ask a follow-up question about after service next steps (I forgot to ask my tech). He kept cutting me off, talking over me and then started raising his voice to keep repeating the same phrase. He then hung up in my face when I asked if i could speak to ask my question because it would claify what I wanted and he could better assist me if he had all information. He said no he didn't want me to say anything and hung up in my face! He sounded irritated and perhaps was having a bad day, but unfortunately in a line of work where you provide a service to people ,you have to deal with people. He rushed me off the phone on our initial conversation as well but I figured he had a lot of calls to make and left it at that, now I see that's who he is. I didn't cause the bad day, or the busy work schedule, etc., so why did he feel the need to raise his voice and hang up on me I'll never know, and honestly no answer would justify it either.

I am a repeat customer! Manny is so nice and honest. They always are considerate of my many animals and are on time.
