Nothing but positive interactions with Kery on the team. One of the most impressive experiences I've had with home care services and services in general. We were dealing with an infestation of cockroaches at the same time as balancing the duties of very new parents to a newborn three-month-old child. Carrie and his team were completely honest and straightforward with us and actually recommended that we do not spray, but instead build a blockade to keep the rodents outside of the home. This really won us over because of the honesty, trust, and integrity.

I’ve been with Green Earth Pest control for 10+ years on numerous properties. I called in today to find out the last time they came to the house (I’m set up quarterly), because my tenants have mentioned they haven’t seen them in a while. I found out that the last time they were there was 5/6/25, but were not scheduled to return until 9/25/25, which is almost 2 months late! When Cary (sp) put me on hold to find out why, he came back with - due to losing so many clients after the Palisades fire, they have needed to reformat their schedule. On top of that, They now require that a card to pay with is now left on file. I never heard a word from them that they have changed their schedule and they choose the summer, which is the worst for bugs to make this change. My family has given them a tremendous amount of business and as of today they are done! One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. I hate to say it, but I don’t even trust that they came the last time. They said they came. Do better, Green Earth Pest Control and good riddance!

I have been using Green Earth to get rid of roaches. It doesn't always work to eradicate them fully the firt few servies, but now we haven't had roaches for 6 months-1 year. Our service person Will is careful and considerate. I prefer non-toxic extermination and no human or pet has ever had reaction to the service.

Green Earth Pest Control has products that control pests without endangering my health. Will, my technician, has treated my home for several years. I hardly ever see an ant. The silverfish seem to have been eliminated. Green Earth delivers peace of mind.

Use the service on a quarterly basis. I have used them for over 7 years. Recommend the service. Will is a great technician, always courteous and professional. Happy to have the consistent professionalism provided by Green Earth.

I would not call this company ever again. They charged me $515 for a service that did not work. They came out, sprayed their product, left some bait traps and told me to wait. It got worse like normal, but my ant problem went right back to where it started and is still persisting. I told them there were multiple ant colonies living under and around the house, and I don’t believe they’ve properly addressed the problem. I called them back in June/July, and they told me that the heat was causing the process to take longer. Now I’m still having ants crawling all around my kitchen, there’s a thick trail of ants that crawls back and forth my garage, and I know for a fact that there is a colony living under my driveway and under my house because any time I spray down my porch a puddle of ants comes crawling out of the wall. And, if I have not requested the correct services for my issue, I should have been referred to someone who can actually help me. Thank you for coming out and doing your job, but it did not help at all.

I've been using Green Earth Pest Control for two years now, and they're great. My parents just started with their services, too, for monthly bug and pest extermination. They are worth every penny!

Green Earth is everything they promise. Eco-friendly. Reliable. And incredibly efficient! We had a major cockroach infestation that I was trying to fight with every non-toxic trick in the book. But it was a losing battle until we called Green Earth. William came out, examined our problem, vacuumed up the nests under the counter, applied non-toxic bait to crevices and cracks and non-toxic, plant-based spray around the foundation of the house, and left non-toxic cockroach traps assembled and in place and more if we needed them. He was positive, intelligent, enormously helpful. But did it work? Like magic. For several days after that we saw lots of dead roaches everywhere. Then, after about a week, no more roaches. We had William come out again about a month later, just to make sure. But our American Roaches have been defeated by Green Earth. How expensive was this? Absolutely in line with standard pest-control prices. Highest possible recommendations for William and for the people at the telephones, like Keri Bruzzo and Chelsea. Thanks, Green Earth!

I've used them for over 5 years and have been fully satisfied. The serviceman, Wil calls me the day of service to remind me will be here and I appreciate it every month. I like the eco-safe products they use.

Not happy, this cost so much compared to what we expected. We had to stay in a hotel, hundreds in containers to store our things. None of it was said up front. We should have fumigated and these guys knew that. Not happy. Not recommended.

Paid over 400 dollars and called when ants came back in under a month. Was told I would have to pay full rate again for them to come back out. Bought and replaced traps at a fraction of the rate and that did the trick.

We have every summer water roaches entering our house through our floor heating system and one visit from Green Earth Pest Control is exactly what we need to eliminate the problem.

The staff are great. They use good products and are reliable, albeit a little expensive. I am happy with the service.

I had not needed serious ant control until last year. The Green Pest Control service person was friendly, intelligent, informative, prompt, accurate and complete at targeting the ant trails and nests around my house. We did not notice any harsh poison smells. The job has lasted since July 2021 and only now are we seeing the beginnings of ant scouts. If it worsens, we'll surely be calling for their services again.

Green Earth was available, professional and most importantly effective in tackling our pest problem. We couldn't have gotten rid of it without them.

This review is overdue. We called Chelsea of Green Earth back in September as we were frustrated with ant problems. She was empathetic and helpful. Our technician William is knowledgeable and professional. As he knew that was the very first pest control service we had, William explained things to us patiently. We are impressed by Green Earth.

They resolved a horrible Argentine ant infestation of multiple queens in my home with one treatment. Within 24 hours every ant was gone. Friendly, knowledgeable and highly effective- worth every penny.
