THE WORST PEST CONTROL COMPANY IN THE WEST SIDE. STAY AWAY!! I live in Santa Monica, and I got this company through the property management. The company requested to move everything out of the kitchen and the living room. It took us three days to make this arrangement.The company technician Omar came and spent no more than five minutes spraying some chemicals and left. I called to complain, and the company supervisor stated no way the technician spent five minutes. Luckily I had camera though-out my apartment which clearly showed that Omar didn't spend more three or four minutes. I was even shocked to find Omar calling me early in the morning screaming on the phone talking aggressively because I complained against him. I called again to report this unacceptable behavior from the technician; however, nothing happened and no one one cared. Roaches are still in my apartment, and when I reported that, the company supervisor asked me to called the property manager to schedule another visit, so they can get more money for nothing. I can't believe this company is still in business!

Having to tent your house and move out for fumigation is no fun. But Dewey Pest Control Made it as easy and seamless as possible. Jose, our inspector was thorough, accurate, and good humored. Marlon, the chief of the crew that did the fumigation was very clear, easy to talk to and considerate. We had forgotten to pack up some produce that was in the refrigerator, and they very thoughtfully, took it out of the refrigerator and left it for us in a bag at the front of our house. They arrived on time and we were able to re-occupy our home at the estimated time. I would highly recommend them and hope they’re still around in 20 years when we will need to do this again.

The office was efficient and then the technician Bryan reached out to me to not only answer my questions, but educate me on the topic of the pests I was battling. He was informative and reassuring, and I feel relieved I found such good care with a problem that was giving me so much anxiety.

We spent half hour on the phone making the appointment and then I waited and when I call the person that answered the phone says there is no appointment set up but instead of helping me to read book appointment they just say sorry you’re not on the list of people should come to check your house for pesticide and hang out the phone. That was such a Disrespectful move. I will never choose them ever
