Perfect experience overall for a vapor barrier installation. I called Koala, and Renzo came the next day for a free estimate, which was the lowest compared to three other contractors. Govanny and his team were also great – on time, communicative, took photos after the project was complete, and patient with answering final questions. I would definitely go back to Koala for any future insulation needs!

raphael and gio helped us troubleshoot and really understand the scope of our project- they took a great deal of time and consideration when evaluating the project and developed a plan tailored to our situation. they were very helpful and available to answer questions

Ultimately, we didn't need work done (thanks to Gio who was honest enough to tell us this!) but we will contact Koala again should our needs ever change.

I had the most wonderful experience with the installers and office at Koala Insulation of westside! The house is around 100 years old, and in need of all new weather stripping. They color matched the paint perfectly, it was a seamless install. They were respectful and very neat and tidy (they vaccummed each room before they left) and respectful (always wore protective booties and were communicative about breaks etc) . I cannot recommend them enough!!

Had a great experience with Renzo and his team, they came out to my house and drilled holes to insulate wall, as I was having stucco redone I asked them to do holes in the outside and everything turned out very well. Noticed the difference right away, my house actually maintains temperature very well, very happy with the results and price was very competitive.
