I have had nothing but great experiences with this company they are very reliable and consistent with the preventative maintenance for the building.

I used them for rodent issue. I paid for exclusion work on my roof and crawl space to get rid of rats. They blamed my roof for entry. They kept coming out and baiting rat station but no resolve to the issue. After months and months of same issue had to go with different company. They found exclusion work was not done in crawl space. New company got rid of rats in one week. This company not good for rat issues.

These people did absolutely nothing. They showed up with glue traps for mice and then told me they didn't have anything they needed to complete an extermination when that morning I called and let them know that I didn't need an inspection, I needed extermination. The technician told me they would "try" to get someone out on saturday to put in cages because he thought it might be a bigger animal. I had three other companies come assess the property the next day who were flabbergasted that someone would leave one glue trap for MICE and say that they needed to return with cages. I emailed and said I no longer needed the service and they charged me $250 after showing up and telling me I had rats (which I already knew) and doing absolutely nothing. I called and said I needed a refund and they said the work was completed....nothing was done except for putting a glue trap for a mouse down? This company is a scam. Don't use them.

I was very happy with them until I was canceled without any notice or explanation of why. I use them for two years without incident and even refer them to my workplace. I cannot get a callback from Robert the owner to explain why I is a customer was canceled by the business which is pretty unheard of.

Maybe tell your drivers not to drive like a holes while your company name is on the side of the truck

They either don’t come out or when they do, we continue to have problems with bugs. Don’t recommend.

Can't say enough. They have been absolutely wonderful to us since we first requested their information. Most helpful. The serviceman came out as requested and gave us a thorough inspection of our premises. He then went about his work and was most professional and knowledgeable in his approach and placements in our home. Great to work with and most enjoyable to have connected with them. I would absolutely recommend ELECTROMITE to anyone who is in need of this service.

We reached out to Jonathan in July to help us resolve a bed bug issue in our business and for one of our contractors. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He educated us so that we could be sure that the services he offered were successful as well as to prevent future issues or infestations. There were a lot of different factors that contributed to our situation and he was very flexible and responsive.
