Everyone at Hydrex, from the management and office staff, to our fantastic technician Ronald, is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and reliable. They respond promptly to calls and emails, work with us to schedule or re-schedule service when it's convenient for us, and make sure we are happy with their work (even when that means making a second visit if necessary).
