Justin listened to my concerns and shared the service he would be providing. After he completed the service he confirmed what was done. Called guard up for a new property we are moving into, Tyler was awesome to say the least. He was at my property for an estimate in less than an hour. Gave me a great price on service and Efren the technician showed up that afternoon. He was knowledgable, professional and made me feel like I had one of my buddies at my house helping me out. We were pleased with the offer which he presented to us for their services. LEO, the gentleman who did much of the work outside the home was thorough and informative as well. Both explained how the spraying of their product does its job in fighting the pesky bugs and how it would reduce our roly-poly, silverfish and black widow issues now and in the future. GuardUp Pest Control is a must have for my family. They are knowledgeable, convenient and really care. My family loves to spend time in our backyard, as a result we need good pest control especially in the summer. If issues ever pop up they are only a phone call away, and are always responsive. My favorite part of their service is the monthly servicing of my property. Its more than just a spray down, they check common pest areas, inform me of any dangers or risks of pest infestation, and even recommend solutions and fixes. It has been nearly 2 years and I can say I am happily pest free!

Moving into a new home, I had no idea there was a serious roach infestation. I called GuardUp Pest Control after comparing them to some of the bigger companies, and what impressed me most was how quickly they responded. I was a little skeptical at first, but they completely exceeded my expectations. Their team was professional, followed up after every treatment, and always took the time to address any questions or concerns I had. By the second month, the roaches were completely gone. Of course, you have to do your part by keeping your home clean, but their treatment plan absolutely worked. If you’re looking for a pest control company that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its work, I highly recommend GuardUp Pest Control. 10/10 experience!

Leo came over to our house performed his service and sprayed around our house and the eaves. We used to have ant and rodent problems but since we started working with these people, we have seen minimal to no issues with pests such as ant and rats. Well recommended edit: reversing my rating because the problem returned a few days after Hector came back to treat the house, spent about 5 minutes spreading their flea and ant powder and left. It wasn’t thorough or comprehensive by any means and it was ineffective. They also hound you for a review so they can make a quick buck, and when i say hounded, i mean leave the house and come back 20 mins later to ask me specifically to put his name on the review for his little bonus. Can’t recommend this company at all moving forward. I’d give a lower rating if i could.

Cannot thank, Sergio and the team enough. They're very cordial and informative. I called on Monday and they made arrangements to come out by Wednesday to spot exterminate an area for termites. They do a great job with my other extermination bimonthly too. I rarely see bugs inside the house now. However, I do find them outside dead around the house. So if there is any recommendations to teaching the bugs to crawl away from the house, before dying. I'd love to hear it! All joking aside. If anyone needs pest control service, I highly recommend Guard Up.

Our technician Rigo was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I asked him to give me a little bit of a heads up before arriving which he did. He arrived and explained exactly what he was doing and why. He was very easy to talk to and welcoming of any questions I had. As for me, I will definitely be sticking with them and referring them to anyone I know in the market for quality pest control.

Rigo was the technician who came to my home for pest control. Rigo was a rockstar! He showed up on time and introduced himself with a smile. He was kind, and professional. He explained exactly what he would be doing. When finished, he told me what to expect and when he would be back. He explained the treatment plan, cost and results I would see. He also added that I could contact him if I had any questions or concerns. I’m so grateful for his service and would highly recommend him and the company he represents! I had an emergency with finding a few roaches and roach eggs attached to the outside of my house! I called Guardup after googling them when my other pest control company wouldn't come out for a week. I talked to Tyler who was very helpful and accommodating to putting me on the schedule for the next day. Sergio came out and was awesome!! He knew exactly what the eggs were, how to kill them and also did a full treatment around my entire property. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I feel so much better!
