Dan came to address an ant problem both inside and outside in my patio. He explained how the chemicals would work and quickly began to treat both areas. When he was done, he took out a long broom and swiped away all the spider webs that gather in the corners of the outdoor spaces. I wasn’t expecting that and very grateful for the extra good service.

Our technician Dan was great. I received a text saying that they would be showing up in a few minutes and he was right on time. He wore booties in the house, which is nice because we don’t allow shoes inside. He was patient while I wrangled up my last cat. And he explained exactly how he was going to apply the treatment for ants and spiders. He even sent me a message afterwards to remind me to close my garage. The customer service online and through email to get everything set up was great and the staff was patient with me while I figured out the details.

I received a flyer from Walt with CVA Exterminators, googled the Company, called them and hired CVA for our pest control. It was easy to schedule the first time service. I received a text message when the Technician would be arriving as I requested. Layo was the service technician that came out. He was very professional, courteous and explained exactly what he was going to be doing. He also asked about ant bugs or insects we had problems with. He was very thorough. And let me know when he was finished and instructions for right after the spraying. So far I am very happy and would recommend.

Dan, our service technician, was phenomenal. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Did an amazing job with our black widow infestation, cleared our webs, emptied standing water to avoid mosquitoes and gave me tips as we head into summer. CVA has had great service from the start - literally the initial phone call to set everything up was a painless process. Highly recommend!
