The experience with Pestec from the start has been outstanding. The dispatch team assigned their Lead tech, Tuan, who came to our building a diagnosed a rodent issue we were dealing with. He showed us all the possible entry points and even educated us on the different species. He created a plan for us and it worked! We have been dealing with this for quite some time and in just two visits we already saw the problem go away. Tuan is kind, well mannered, calm and professional. Highly recommend!

Simply a scam. They ask you to pay in advance, their service is terrible, they promise to return and NEVER do. They say they'll refund your money, but when you ask for proof of the refund, they stop responding. It's a disgrace. DO NOT HIRE THEM. SCAM!

Pestec provides great pest control service. Our initial problem has been under control for a long time. They also provide excellent customer service and spend time educating customers. Pest control is a neighborhood concern and I’m glad Pestec is here in my neighborhood.

There are specialists like our neighbor Lingruen & Associates that I’m sure our office referred you to that are experts in Branch III pest control for wood destroying organisms.
