Alley Cat - Rodent Exclusion Company

This company is head and shoulders above any other service of its kind in the SF Bay Area (and sadly I tried several before finding them). They are very knowledgeable and are active problem solvers. They are also determined, clean, thorough, polite and reliable. I recommend them to my friends.

Jose was very personable and looked over all the traps that were still in place from a few weeks ago and saw that no rodents were caught in the traps. Since all the holes were covered, no rodents came back into our property.

It was not a cheap service and I was worried it wouldn't be effective but they were definitely very thorough with sealing everything up and we were able to catch 2 rodents within just a few days of service which solved our issues. Very happy with the quick results and hope everything continues to be effective!

Alley Cat came out today to do a follow up check on the exclusion work they did three weeks ago. This was all included in our contract. Jose changed out traps and identified a couple of areas they want to close up so they are scheduled to come back in a week. They are a great company to work with. They are knowledgeable and caring about their work. Great follow through. I highly recommend them.

Technicians are nice, though their thoroughness has varied so I’ve had to book multiple jobs to completely seal my apartment. A major downside is that their availability is extremely limited, so be prepared to have to wait 1-2 weeks at minimum to get help each time. This has drawn out the process to 1.5 months now and I wish I had gone with another company with more availability to squash this sooner. I don’t like living with mice.
