Bob did the inspection of our new house. He wrote a very detailed report and spent a lot of time answering all of our questions. We're super happy with his work and we would recommend his work without a doubt!

Bob and Patrick conducted the property inspection for my new house. I'm a first time home owner and don't know much about this stuff but he did a great job explaining what areas could be troublesome down the road, what to keep an eye out for, and pointing out things I didn't even know or think about. He came back to my property twice after the inspection - one to meet with my roofer and to do a thermal imaging when it was wet and cold enough outside. I highly recommend Bob. He comes off as an honest guy with a wealth of knowledge.

I used Bob for my home inspection and he was very thorough and helpful! Even though there wasn't anything wrong with the house, he did take the time to point out and explain the potential problematic areas that may spring up in the future (e.g. Pipe below kitchen sink that's in early stages of rusting which may require repair later on down the road)! Further more, after I moved into the home, I realized my garbage disposal wasn't working so I reached out to Bob. After giving some initial pointers over emails, he gave me a call and he helped me realize the disposal plug simply wasn't plugged into the outlet! Must have been loosened in my move/cleaning. Regardless, Bob was immensely helpful and is super professional! Highly recommend!
