complete scammers. seemed real professional up to the point they started "cleaning" within 5 minutes he Art was already sniveling and taking breaks then about 15 minutes in he goes and gets the hose from outside and brings it into the house and starts hosing like he's out watering the lawn. they swept everything behind my washer and dry and said they were done. they said my house was too old to be cleaned and then demanded $2900 or they were going to put a lien on my property. ALL THEIR REVEIWS ARE FAKE!! THEY ARE FROM PEOPLE WITH THE SAME LAST NAME AND FRIENDS AND JUST STRAIT UP MADE UP PEOPLE. I WAS SUPPOSE TO MOVE INTO MY HOME AND NOW WE CANT UNTIL WE NOT ONLY GET IT CLEANED FOR REAL BUT WE HAVE TO HAVE MORE PEOPLE COME IN AND FIX THE WATER AND CHEMICALS THAT THEY GOT IN OUR HEATING VENTS CLEANED OUT AND HOPE IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE REPLACED AND THEN THERES THE DRYWALL AND FLOORING THAT WILL HOPEFULLY DRY WITHOUT MILDEWING.

Bio Hazard Plus did a tremendous job in cleaning up under the hood of my vehicle after it was discovered that rodents had gotten in and made a horrible mess. These guys are true professionals and I would not hesitate to hire them again!

6 stars!!! What a relief to have this professional team clean up around our home. We live in Sonoma and have a mouse and rat problem. We recently found the nests and pile up. Art came to the rescue and disinfected everything. They were also very careful on the inside of the house. Turns out the mice had been using under the laundry machines a bathroom. Now it's sparkling clean! Thank you thank you!
