Called, got no greeting, straight to the point of "are you lookingto book an appointmentor get an appraisal", so customer service was a low, got put back on hold quickly after I said my answer. Got sent to a robot to type in my area code, got disconnected, and tried calling back 6 times, each time "the number you've dialed is out of service". I had no contact with anyone so I can't judge the workers besides the 2 seconds I talked to someone, but it wasn't the best experience.
